IMPLEMENTING THE STRATEGIC INITIATIVE | Steps to Successful Implementation

Implementing the Strategic Initiative within an agency requires both a top-down approach – senior leadership gaining buy-in and setting the vision, and a bottom-up approach – everyone involved and committed to improving the delivery of co-occurring services. A 12-step model is utilized to help guide the agency through the process.
